Are prices inclusive of tax?
All prices shown are before GST. GST (5%) will be added to all prices at the time of payment through our Square payment system.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and debit cards through Square, our secure payment processing system. Payment is seamless and convenient.
How quickly will I receive my retouched headshots?
Individual headshots are delivered within 2 business days of your session. For team headshots, typical turnaround is about a week depending on the group size and needs—contact us for an exact timeframe for your team. Rush delivery available for urgent needs.
Can I purchase additional retouched headshots?
Yes! Additional retouched headshots from your session are available for $95 each. All images are professionally retouched and delivered in both web-ready and high-resolution formats.
What should I bring to my headshot session?
Bring several outfit options—different colors and styles help create variety. We recommend solid colors, professional attire, and avoiding busy patterns. We provide expert direction on what will photograph best.
